Jawad is the Founder of JAE Real Estate and a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and Certified Property Manager (CPM®) with over 15 years of experience in Asset, Property, and Operations Management across the Middle East real estate markets. His expertise spans residential and commercial properties, with a strong focus on value creation, strategic transformation, customer experience, sustainability, and client-centric solutions.

Academically, Jawad holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Bolton. He is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) accredited by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Currently, Jawad serves as the President of IREM®UAE for the 2025-2026 term, leading the industry’s advancement and promoting best practices in real estate management.
